Speakers and Cell Phones

Why when you have a set of speakers do they go crazy when your cell phone gets an update or a phone call or whatever. It's especially bad in college when a lot of people have cell phones and sometimes your speakers will make noise even when it's not your phone getting a call. And the noise always happens a few seconds before the call comes through. Thanks -Phil

Because, although they're shielded, they're not shielded enough to block the radiation (or whatever it is, I think it's magnetics) from cell phones.

I'm pretty sure GSM phones are the culpret. Mine does it even when I'm not getting a call.
