speaker setting problem

Hi, i have a Creative FPS2000(4.1) speaker along with SBlive...

don't know what reason it always switch back to 2 speakers mode.

and sometimes the sound is disordered.

after playing CS.

and i just narrowed down the problem...

the disordered sound is from the right channels. The front right and rear right satelite just produce disordered sound.

left channels are fine.
