Not necessarily. Which behringers do you have?

what exactly are you proposing. The speakers from the Z-5500 set will not come close to the quality of the behringer speakers assuming the behringer speakers are operating correctly.

If you hook up the subwoofer with the Z-5500 speakers into the receiver, you will have more full range in terms of bass. I am not familiar with this type of setup as the subwoofer is supposed to drive the satellites since the subwoofer has the crossover for the satellites, which is high in frequency (beyond 120hz).

What are your goals for "sounds better". More bass? Cleaner vocals? Cleaner cymbals? Better imaging? Better power handling?

Obviously, your behringers are self powered, so they would not need power from a receiver.

Since you would only be using the satellites from the Z-5500 through the receiver, I would have to say they will not hold a candle to the behringers as I mentioned above in terms of all the sound quality measures that I mentioned.

If I have misunderstood your situation, please correct me.
