speaker for turtle beach sound card

What kinda speaker should i get for turtle beach sound card? What does 2.1, 3.1, 5.1 speaker system mean? Thanks

To realy answer this one, it would help to know your budget and what you plan on using the speakers for. Examples would be gaming, mp3's, DVD's etc.

Don't you mean 2.1, 4.1 and 5.1? Although I've seen 3.1 setups, I have never heard of them being used for computer speakers. Anyway, the first number either 2, 3, 4, or 5 is the number of speakers in the setup. The .1 is simply a designation for the powered sub.

I will be using the speaker for mainly MP3 and DVD and little bit of Gaming. $50-70 is what I am looking to spend.Thanks.

i just got the creative inspire 4.1's at bestbuy for 59. the sound great.
