Speaker comparision: Midiland 8200 or Videologic Digitheater?

Which one would you recommend over the other? I don't really need loudness (as long as it fills a small room), I'm looking more for clarity, and clear strong bass. I need something that sounds great for both DVDs and music. Both are dolby digital and actually use the same decoder boxes. Which one's have better sound quality?

the 8200... (I can't backup with proof, nor I have heard them, but from bits and piece that I read 8200 wins)

The 8200 do look nice but every review I've read said that they were a little lacking b/c of the disclusion of separate tweeters on the speakers. Does the Digitheater have the same problem or do they include tweeters?
