I'm looking for a SPDIF Digital audio to Red and white RCA. Does such a cable exist? Where can I get one?

He was asking if the digital output was coaxial or optical. In your case it looks like the answer is coaxial. Anyway, what are you trying to achieve. There's no convertor cable that does that, if you're thinking of using the red/white RCA cable to connect to an analog amp. You would need a DAC to do the digital to analog conversion.
However, if one of the red/white cable contains the unconverted digital signal, then al you need would be a regular 1/8" minidin to dual RCA Y cable I think.
