Sparkle PSU - adjust pot-trimmer?

Has anybody tried adjusting the pot on the Sparkle PSU? I'm thinking of adjusting my 12v levels, adding about .3v

I'm not sure if my 350W has it. However, I want to know details (if it's possible). Which pot do I turn for the 12v? Which direction? How much to turn? I'm not planning on adjusting it while my computer is on.. 😱 I want to do it perfectly.

It's a FSP350-60BT(12V). I opened it up and only found 2 adjusters. Both of them orange. I didn't try anything.

Can anbody provide any detailed help? Pics?
