Dude, you're WAY in the safe zone! I have a Sparkle 400watt PS and I'm loading that bad boy down with at LEAST four EIDE HDs and of course I've got to have my 512MB of Mushkin ram in it too! :)

Your 400W Sparkle should be able to handle that.
Right now I have a P3-700E @ 1085MHz on an ASUS P3V4X, 2 vid cards (1 pci), sound card, scsi card, cdrw, dvd, scsi cdrom, 4 IDE HD (3x7200RPM,1x5400RPM), and who knows how many fans fit into the Supermicro SC750A case. You should be fine.

I have the Sparkle 400 too. You won't even make it break a sweat with that setup.;) Check out my system, no probs and room to add a peltier soon (I hope).

on my PII 400 Gateway I had a 200W PSU and had
4 HDs
Zip drive
Cd Rom
CDRW
32 MB video card
IDE Controler
SCIS card
Modem
NIC

So 300 W PSU is more that you will use unless you have a Raid Array in a real server with like 10 HDs
