That's only a 1.2% difference, you'll be fine but it would be better put on the rear *axle* to affect handling less if the distance or terrain warrants that.
If you have 4WD or AWD, the design of that could result in more wear on your drivetrain, should only be done if staying below a certain speed and only driving as far as necessary.
As far as endangering yourself or others, it's not very likely due to a 1.2% difference, but the difference could get larger as your tires wear, and more of an issue if the spare is now very old. The average vehicle on the roads is now what, 12 y/o(?)... and most still have the same age, factory spare tire if they have any spare at all.
