Spare parts from old laptop

So I had an old Compaq CQ60-209TU which went kaput a couple of years ago and had been just lying around. Running out of space in my house, I wanted to get rid of it. The mobo was fried, so resale value was going to be low, and I had anyway reused the HDD and the RAM in another laptop I bought second hand.

So I tore it apart today, and the only thing I figured was worth keeping were the following:

1. ANATEL WiFi card
2. HP DVD/CD drive
3. Intel Dual Core T3400 CPU
5. 15.6 inch LCD display

Is there anything at all I can get for these parts? Is there anything else that was potentially salvageable in it? I'm from India, if that helps. I hope this is not the wrong place for this thread.

what I have done is get a same model laptop with a good motherboard but broken lcd and use the parts from the one to fix it up/rebuild it. usually the ones with broken LCD's come stripped, so saving the dvd drive, wireless card, etc helps too.

you could get a lcd controller board and use the lcd as a normal screen.
