Spanning tree question

Can someone direct me to a site that has an example of a network and a diagram of the spanning tree for that network? I googled it but I didn't find anything. I just need an example to clear up some things about the spanning tree algorithm. Thanks.

if you have access to your switches you can diagram your tree by looking at the bridge ID, port priority and whether it is blocking or forwarding.
