Hi all, Spanky is in deep doodoo. He needs to purchase a new used car soon because his current one will not pass this upcoming car inspection. He is looking to spend less than 2 grand for a used car. It's got to be in the New Jersey/New York/PA area so he can be able to inspect it. So if you are selling a car or know someone who is, lets try to help this old slacker out.

Yeah, he's serious. Connecticut stopped vehicle inspections. I think it was a budget thingy. I used to stop vehicles and request their registrations, but I don't bother anymore.
