Posole -- i have no idea what this is.

Bizcochitos -- it is a pastry, a sweet bread/cookie 'bizcote' in english, i think

vaquero -- &quot;cowboy&quot;

empanaditas -- &quot;little empanadas&quot; (empanadas are bread filled with cheese or fruit or meat, depending on where you are)

Jefe -- &quot;chief or boss, and male&quot;

Jefa -- &quot;chief or boss, female&quot;

Maldito --- literally &quot;damned&quot;

Desgraciado --- &quot;disgraced&quot;

entremetido --- &quot;intermixed or intertwined&quot;
