Spanish Question - Subjunctive Tense Questions

On the notes for the subjunctive tense, under Stem Changers, it talks about AR and ER verbs and then about IR verbs.

IR verbs - stem change as they do in the present tense and make a different change in the "We" form! The "We" form always changes E-I or O-U for ALL IR stem changers.

An example for 1st person plural, sentir - sintamo
dormir - durmamos
repetir - repitamos

On some homework, it says dormamos for dormir in the 1st person multiple, again in the Subjunctive tense. It doesn't follow that rules on the part of the notes I typed up above, and it does this a few times on other verbs as well.

Whats the correct way?

IR stem changing verbs change from e to i and o to u in the 1st Person Plural.

durmamos is right as far as I know. I don't think dormamos is right for any conjugation.
