Spamming in IRC

I'm not sure who's in charge of the IRC thing, but I got 2 private conversations open up with this:

I'm not quite sure about the second one

I may be on the virge of calling whine-one-one, but just thought I'd see if anybody else is getting these messages from IRC members.

Anyway usually IRCops or just ops of the channel/network handle these kinds of these issues

This isn't really channel specific. They're bots that join the channel, spam everyone then part.

yup, there's nothing you can do about it. they'll get to you one way or another.
