spamassassin + rbl question

How do I add RBLs to spamassassin?

ex: some site offers a rbl called somerbl.com, how do I go about adding it to spamassassin and telling it that each match scores 1 point?

If I wanted to make my own RBL list that regularly downloads online RBLs and combines them to my own local one, how do I go about doing this? So rather then going out on the internet every day, I would go maybe once per day, download the entire RBL, then store on my own RBL server. And lastely, what type of software is needed to make a RBL? I'm guessing its a program that runs on a certain port and has its own protocol.

If you got to their forums, you'll get all the info you want from Mr88Tallent, who is a vast well of anti-spam knowledge (and the programs that go with it).
