I am getting so sick of all the spam I get. I average over 50 a day! I have deceided to fight back and I hope others will join me. When I get a spam message to sign up for a free quote, etc.. I go ahead and fill out their form with bogus information. Sometimes I will add comments like I would never buy anything from a company that uses spam tactics. If they have a 800 phone number, call them and make them think you are interested and after awhile, say never mind you wouldn't do any business with a spammer. If enough people do this and it cost them money in wasted time and phone charges, maybe, just maybe they will get the message. What to you think?
 
don't think it'd work. they probably have mail filters for people who fill out bogus forms.
its like fighting a forest fire with a small water gun. not even a super soaker. just a water gun.
 
Just install Popfile or some kinda email sorting program. I find it works great for me. Of course you still get the junk, but at least it's tossed into the trash.
