Spam solution: Norton or McAfee

My dad wants to set up a spam solution for some of the machines in his office. Typically, I would recommend SpamBayes or just tell him to move to Thunderbird, with built in Bayesian filtering, but he is running Outlook 98. The machines interface with an Exchange server, so I can't tell what the settings are until I go down there. I don't want to go down to his office, because I will have to charge him for my time, which he would like to avoid as well. Has anyone used Norton AntiSpam or McAfee SpamKiller? I've heard great reviews for Norton AntiSpam. I was wondering if either of these would work with Outlook 98.

Thanks for any help.

no personal experience with either but a friend loaded the Mcafee one onto 4 of his family's pc and it trashed the internet connection settings for all of them and he strongly advised to stay away from it
