SPAM question

Does anyone really believe that you can "add a few inches"to any area of your body? I mean someone must click on these links in the SPAM or else it would eventually go away. Then to make it worse I saw a as on TV for Magna RX being pimped by a sorry looking "NFL cheerleader". With chessy lines like "when a guy feels in control, we feel sexy and sometimes out of control" Damn It is really everywhere now.

i only get one a day on my work email, some gambling crap getting through the corporate filters
