Or you could download a program called popfile for free. It does a pretty good job.

About 95% accurate for me in the past two months.

do these programs work with web based email or just with email clients?

if you're a major email user, this software is a POS! it's slow, a resource hog, and is not worth the time wasted waiting for the rebate IMO. if you're POP/IMAPing your mail off a linux box, install spamassassin (free www.spamassassin.org) or software using bayseian (sp?) filtering. spam killer is only good for light email users that keep a small mailbox.
