Ok, where in the heck is the "Send a PM" button. I checked help, and it gives a nonsensical statement about my "navigation" panel - which evidently I can't find.

Nope - don't see buddies and don't have PM there.

AHA!

If you have "do not accept pm's" turned on, it does not show the PM window. Go figure.
