Spam filter went kaput!

My Outlook junk mail folder has been empty for weeks. That sounds like a good thing, but I've always collected junk mail and dumped it from time to time, so this makes it looks like Outlook just isn't filtering. At the same time my New Mail folder hasn't really looked different either, so I can't say that any more mail is getting through. But it's weird. Anyone have any thoughts about this? Settings to check? Thanks.
 
If you aren't getting spam in your Inbox or in your Junk folder, then:

1) You aren't getting any spam any more (not likely)
2) Your Outlook settings changed to automatically delete spam instead of putting in in the Junk folder.
3) Your ISP has started filtering spam on their servers (possible, but wouldn't eliminate everything so not likely to be the cause in your situation).
