I was asked this by that client today...is there something that he can install on his blackberry to act as a spam filter? Basically he says about 50% of the emails he gets each day on it are spam....even manually setting what is spam and what's not is fine for him because they're usually from the same sender. He wants to still use the default mail app that came on there, but perhaps something that he could filter his emails. Any ideas? Any blackberry users here have something like this? I found some using google, but it's a seperate mail app that just has the filter.

I have a T-Mobile Sidekick and I don't reveal my pager address online/to anyone except friends/relatives.

Or I was thinking, I think your client should be patient for while then sue the spam company for extra moolah. :)

umm, you combat that at the server just like all the other corp solutions... look up "I Hate Spam" by sunbelt.

Is he receiving the spam mail directly to his blackberry or is it an email address that is forwarded to the blackberry?
