Spam Emails, now with Cells in them so pictures automatically display.

Now all the spam I receive, which I dont know how because I never use the account for anything else than personal email, has cells embedded in them with pictures etc in them that automatically show up despite my Outlook settings. How can I fix this? This is extremely annoying.
