Spam bot has my email address

Anything i can doo?? I guess i have a very common email address and now a lot of people think I'm sending spam to them??? BTW its a gmail account and I changed my password with the same result....

Same thing happens with my gmail account. The spam filter catches it, but it still bugs me to have crap in my spam box.
