Spam blocker for Outlook 2007

Hello folks,

I have been forced to use Outlook 2007 for my work emails. The Web Access is not at all good with filtering spam, so I started using Outlook 2007 that I have. I wonder if there is any reliable (free, if possible) spam filter that can be installed as Outlook add-on.

I googled and found few alternatives but in this GMail world, I don't find as many reliable reviews to choose one and get going. SpamBayes looks interesting but isn't straight forward to install.

Any recommendation is welcome (if you are using one or used to use one).

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link.

I have been trying unsubscribe option, block sender option for quite a while with no avail. And now it turns out, I have more spam than the emails itself. This being my work email, not used for anything except for work purposes, so I really wonder, how do they manage to harvest internal mail IDs.

Thanks

Putting that email address into websites for subscriptions (even if it seemed work related at the time) can lead to this. Could be malware on the computer now/ some time in the past. They have been doing this for years, so I am sure there are tricks I am not even thinking of.
