Someone here in the household has been complaining about spam a lot getting to her email address, and indeed a lot of it does. Changing the email address isn't an option (and wouldn't really be a solution anyhow). I know nothing about spam blocking/filtering programs, and it's surprisingly hard to find any info on this kinda thing. I'm sure there are plenty of programs out there that are made for this. What's the best, easiest to use, preferably free program out there to block/filter spam? Would rather get a program that takes care of the spam and requires very little interaction. Thanksabunch.

Hrm I actually remember trying Spamfilter and not liking it, i think it requires a lot of interaction...it doesn't really do much on it's own. Guess I'll give it another try since no one else has any recommendations :x - Thanks.

I never had much spam in my outlook express I think you should try Gmail they have a better spam filter/blocking. Outlook Express email is for my family member while Gmail is for strangers, mail order, etc.

I have Gmail, but my mother uses outlook express. Thus I need an anti-spam program for outlook. I get like 1 spam every 3 months in my gmail account, it's nice :)
