You know the show where they send a bunch of people into space (wink wink).

Do these dumba**es not discover the lack of weightlessness when they "reach" outerspace? I mean they all have like friggin speeches ready for their "comeback" to earth! :disgust:

Edit: Look at these pics of the goons ... do they not realize that normal astronauts FLOAT around while in space?!?!?

Didn't you guys know that the Russians have invented artifical gravity generators, and that typically 3 of them are installed in the new Earth Orbiter shuttles.

They aren't very strong - but that's not a problem really. Because they are so close to the earth they experience 70% of natural gravity - with the generators providing an additional 10% each.

(That was the cover story that the cadets were given during their 3 week cosmonaut training).

BTW. That series was so stupid, I've not laughed so hard at a TV show for ages. And the bit with the dog...

the excuses were....

they wernt going fully into space, and thus would still be subject to the earths gravity.

i loved the bit where they did the space funeral for the dog, and he dropped the ashes...hilarous and the minsky the monkey tribute HAHAHAHAHAHA european dance music = tribute to a space monkey ....classic
