SP2004 (Orthos?)

OK, I downloaded and installed the SP2004 that was mention in the How To Guide Sticky.

I ran the SP2004 Orthos test and watched the temps using Core Temp. My CPU temps never reached higher than 57C. Is that pretty good? I'm asking because I remember reading somewhere that Core Temp actually states temps 10C higher than they really are? Or did I mis-interpret?

Depends on the chip. Regardless, it's fixed in the new version of CoreTemp (0.96.1) for all steppings, so if you're using that version, it's reading correctly.

I totally forgot that I edited my signature and took my system info out. haha

I'm testing a C2D E6850 @ 3.45GHz w/ Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. I have been running SP2004 for approximately 1 Hour and 45 Minutes and my Core Temp's have not exceeded 57C. Also, I am using the newest version of Core Temp so I guess my temperature readout is correct.
