SP2 won't install for XP Pro...

I have an older copy of XP Pro. All the other updates installed fine. What's going on? I need to install this SP for my work laptop. Any help greatly appreciated!

Call up microsoft if it's legit. They can give you a new code.

Turn on auto updates and it will install automatically.

Sounds like the IT guy is using a pirated version of XP....
