SP2 slow down internet

I'm on a 56K modem and it sure did slow down my internet. Every big file I download slows down browsing speed. 😀
 
Yes, over the past few days I have been having a slower response from Anandtech.com and the forums. However, this has nothing to do with SP2.
 
What do you mean by slow down? If you mean by the browser not responding half the time when browsing websites? Yes.
