Sp2 Problems

Well, I have been having pretty much constant and unbearable problems when SP2 is installed on my computer. I installed it when it first came out when I had an Intel system, and it broke a few programs and such. So I figured I'd stick with SP1. Then I got an AMD 64 system and figured I'd try SP2 again - now I discovered my computer was rebooting about every 10 mins or so. I remembered hearing about an issue with DEP and tried disabling that - with no change. My system is overclocked yes, but runs stable temps, and I did put it back to stock and had te same problem. Memory tests out fine, and I have been able to run prime95 stable all night overclocked or not. Normally, i'd figure, meh, no big deal. But i'm guessing that Sp3 will come out soon enough and they'll drop support for sp1, so i'm looking towards the future

So basically, any ideas? known bugs?
WinXP 64 and Server 2k3 64 seem to work fairly stable, although I was able to easily blue screen the first install of xp64 I did (I believe it was rc1, and I'm now running build 1812)

Uncheck this option to get usefull error messages instead of just a reboot.

Control panel>system>advanced>startup and recovery settings>automaticaly reboot
