SP2 for win2k when?

I keep hearing that SP2 is coming out soon. Since I'm gonna be getting a new system next month does any have a idea when its suppose to come out? Also when it does come out when I buy win2k pro CD it will come with SP2 on it correct?
 
I think it will take some time before there is W2000 Cd's with the SP2 integrated. It ususally takes some time before it hits the streets.
