Yes, this is that mobo that was to come free after mail in rebate. I had some OCZ PC3500 EL (2x256) I swapped out of my main pc (see sig) as I had 1GB(2x512) of PC2700 I decided to try instead.
All is well and I'm surprised just how fast the Celeron SEEMS to perform.
I ran Sandra Lite 2005 and I ran a few tests comparing the Celeron 325 to my Barton 2500+. Naturally, I forgot to test the Barton with the (200 fsb*10 multiplier) OCZ memory. So my comparison is the Barton at default settings of fsb=333.

Why did I do all this? Well, when I tested the 325 Celly, Sandra posted some very impressive numbers. Here, let me just post these two side by side and tell me if this means anything.

CPU Arithmetic Benchmark: Barton=7571, 2959 ___ Celeron-D=8510, 2262/3823 {Don't know why Cely has two readings.}
CPU MM Benchmark: Barton=17222, 18374 ___ Celeron=17260, 20655
Memory Bandwidth: Barton=2389, 2242 ___ Celeron=3660, 3649
Cache & Memory Benchmark: Barton=3648 combined ___ Celeron=6319 combined

Barton=1.8GHz
Celeron=3.13GHz
