I have a soyo mb that has a bios,cmos problem that is just under the 2 year rma period and I bought it used, no receipt in the USA. I have emailed my problem to the USA site twice, no response, the Taiwan headquarters, no response either email address and to the canadian distributor who has offered to repair for a price but wont touch rma unless I bought from them!
