Soyo PS4ISR - No POWER !!!

Can't get my board to power up at all ... Had no trouble a few days ago (last time I rebooted) ..
I have cleared the CMOS .. Even switched cases, pulled all the PCI cards abs AGP video ...

Anyone has ANY suggestions ....

I did notice a bit of trouble when I would boot up from a cold start .. Board would power up but got nothing to post or any video. After a few tries it would boot ok ...

I have WINDOWS 2000 on this sys.

Well .. Thanks for all your help ...

Turns out after changing cases AND power supplies ... Removing PCI and AGP crds ... Still no luck ...

Looks like an RMA to SOYO ...
