I have flashed bios to latest, changed video card...am using onboard sound and LAN.

Dont know what is going on here. Went to Eventid.net and found nothing that would reall be applicable. No rhyme or reason to it. Dont know what is going on. Could it be the memory. Usually when memory is bad, things get corrupt more frequently. Can go all night, or 15 minutes. Using geforce 3 with latest drivers, and a PLANAR monitor.

Am going to try other PSU but all rails seem fine. CPU is at 45 Celsius. System temp if fine in an ANTEC case with plenty o fans. Running the 300 watt smart psu.

Really appreciate some help here. Just dont think it is the MB but i am heading that direction with just a few things left to try...memory is next and the psu is the last thing.

Thanks for taking a look and helping out.

What kind of CPU cooler are you running? I'm thinking of the usual Soyo trait where the board will just shut down if it doesn't see an RPM reading on the CPU_FAN header. If your fan's signal isn't always being picked up... yeah. It would be easy to test... plug some other RPM-signalling fan onto that header and see how things go. Somehow I doubt that's what's really happening, but whatever. 🙂 Good luck anyway.
