Hi All, My buddy can use a little help.
he bought a koolance water cooled soyo p4i with a pny t1 4600 video card.
When he boots up in vga mode everything is fine, as soon as uses the drivers for the video card, the screen starts to blink.
I don't think it's the video card, other wise it also wouldn't work in vga mode (he's using win 2k ) am I correct ?.
I'm not sure if he has sp4 installed or not, anyway he siad it did the same with win xp pro running.
Right now not another video card to use to see if it's something other than the vc.
Any and all help will truly be appreciated
