Soyo NB Cooling?

Shooks

I just ordered a Soyo Dragon Plus from New Egg. My question is, if i wanted to replace the northbridge fan, with the Crystal Orb from Thermaltake, will it fit? And will it also just plug into the same header on the MB that the old fan used? Oh one more thing, since I haven't recieved it yet, is this a sweeet mobo?!

there is a good amout of room around the northbridge so you shouldnt have much trouble adding a larger hsf (but the stock one seems to do alright, hehehe but if you want to majorly overclock the fsb, then as you probably know keeping the northbridge cool is important)

it uses just the standard motherboard header (the same that cpu hsf's use)

i sure think its a sweet mobo 😀

Thanks for the speedy response, but i have one more question, is it difficult to remove the NB heatsink and fan? How would I go about removing them??

its easy as long as you do it before you install the motherboard 🙂

my pc with the dragon + isnt here so i cant look, but if i remember right all you have to do is from the back of the board pinch in 2 plastic tabs and then slide it out
