Soyo mb and menory question?

I have a 166mmx gateway with on bd vid and snd . I want to upgrade to a soyo sy 7IWM/L that has sound and video on bd, with a celeron 633 chip. I have 64 m sdram and want to keep it and add another 64 or 128.

Is my idea above ok or can I do better?

I am confused about the memory, can I add in pc100 , will it work mixed? I cant find any plain sdram for sale.
