Hey yall,
I bought the Soyo KT400 & XP2000+ processor last weekend. I put it together this weekend, however, the motherboard won't post. I am using the Retail AMD heatsink, fan. I am using 512MB PC2700 DDR.
First, when I turned on the system, the power is shortly turned off afterwards followed by a long beep. Looking in the manual, it was the FOC doing this so I pressed INS at the beginning to turn that thing off.
Then, I turn it on, and there's nothing on the screen. You can hear it boot it, but nothing shows up on the screen. I tried clearing the CMOS as instructed by the manual but this didn't help.
