Ok heres the deal.. Im trying to install winXP and i get this conflict that wont let me install

Ok.. I have the soyo k7vem+ mobo 1ghz duron, 312 mhz memory and the geforce 2 installed.. i tried switching out the geforce2 for a soundblaster 3d and got the same error.
I know my mobo has onboard video, and im pretty sure its unistalled, but when i go to system its in there with a yellow ! next to it, i click remove, reboot and its back.
Any help is appreciated,
