Soyo K7V Dragon + woes....

The other night we had a good storm...and i woke up to my UPS beeping like mad. I immediately turned everything off and unplugged it all. Thought nothing of it and went back to bed. The next morning comes around, and now of course my pc won't boot. It makes a quick single beep, starts the fans and the like, makes a long drawn out beep for 5 seconds and then powers down. Nothing appears on the screen. The beep is supposed to be a memory conlficiton of some sort according to Soyo's website, but I've tried 3 different sticks of Crucial 256mb 2100ddr in every combination with the 3 slots and get the same result with each. I tried a different power supply, video card, clearing cmos, removing everything but the memory, etc.... I'm going to check to see if the board is shorting against the case tonight, but i'm getting that sinking feeling as if it's pointless. Also, one of my 120GB dell/wd special editions is now toast as well. Anyone have any experience with Soyo's warranty or general suggestions to try?

I'm kinda taking this as a divine suggestion to go back to Abit...want USB 2.0 and ATA 133 anyhow
