Soyo K7V Dragon+ and Athlon XP 1800 problems

Hey guys, for some reason, the computer won't boot up at 133 fsb. It's rock solid at 100 but anytime i raise it at all I get an error booting up. Is this the chip or the mb that is defective? and what can i do to test this out since I don't have any other chips that will work with the mb or another mb that will work with the chip. Thanks guys.

i flashed to 2ba2? doh. where can i find 2ba1? I remember hearing 2ba2 is unstable? well 2ba2 and the original bios will not work.
