Soyo Dragon Plus mobo/ LAN

I just got the Soyo Dragon Plus motherboard.
I am putting a system together and I am trying to figure out
if there is any reason not to use the onboard network adapter...

I have an Intel NIC ready to go...

Can someone advise on pros/cons to using the onboard?

Everything I have read about it says that it performs very well.
Not as good as your Intel probably, but not a significant difference either.
You won't have to worry about any IRQ conflicts!
I will be using the onboard (AFAIK).
I just ordered this board yesterday from Newegg.
