Soyo Dragon+ PCI Divider? SmartCard Reader?

Does it have a 1/5 PCI Divider? I want to try and OC without disturbing my PCI devices. Also, what AGP dividers does it have?
A guide to Athlon OCing would be helpful.

Has anyone been able to get the SmartCard Reader working? I'm having some trouble with it getting to read.
Does it work with Voicestream SmartCards?

I keep getting "ERROR : Can't get ATR message, please check your SIM card."

don't think it has a 1\5 divider, wil reboot later and take a look in the bios.my smart card reader works without a problem. installed the software and it loaded all the drivers fine. all i have to do is find a use for it.

what drivers? Is the smartcard reader supposed to show up in device manager?

I just installed the ITE GSM Editor and keep getting these errors. BTW, what smartcard did it work with?

doesn't show in device mngr. just in start\programs. start the software and you will see a spredsheet type layout. messed with it a bit to see how it worked but have nothing to use it on. mine came with a smart card. thin white thing about size of a credit card,in the reader package.
also no 1\5 divder, but 150mhz on the front buss here and everything running just fine

The thin white thing is a smart card holder for the chip. Oh well, I'll mess with it somemore. It's no biggie.

Hmph, with 150FSB I could get 12 X 150 = 1.8 Ghz
We'll see how true that is once I have some time.

Recently picked up this soyo board - cannot get the scr to work either - tried most of the obvious - new driver etc - did you find a solution ?
