Soyo Dragon P4S Win2k raid driver issue

I have a Soyo P4S motherboard that is driving me nuts. I am trying to load the highpoint 372 raid driver and win2k server setup always gives an exception 18 error. Anyone have a fix? I can't seem to find this error in the forum. Thanks in advance.
