Soyo Dragon+ Mounting Holes

How many mounting holes are there on a Soyo D+? I count 7 that have metal around the holes, with one of those being larger and oval in shape. Then there are 3 bare plastic holes that are in the corners. I doubt that those are for mounting, but just wanted to check with those that have put this board in. Thanks.
