Soyo Dragon+ : Does the package includes the Smart Card Device ?

as shown in toms hardware and the soyo site...

Any other review i read for this board dont tell and dont show any
picture ...

I will experiment with satellite tv cards (IRDETO system)
you know ,watching programs that are locked..

just experiment... i respect the law....

i hope to support this kind of smart cards.

Anyone know if this reader works with ActiveCard Gold type smart cards? I use a smart card to VPN into work and this would be great. ..

I tried to use it with the smart card chip in a nextel phone under XP, but no go; for whatever reason it refused to read the chip.

Jeez! I just tried to stick my Blue card in there and it's tighter than a 12-year-old!!! After a couple of tries, I noticed that my "hologram" on the front is scraped away. WTF is that about?!?
