Soyo Dragon+ and On Board LAN

For those of you who are Dragon+ owners :

If you are using the "On board LAN", answer this silly question:
When everything is OK and working, the modem connector's led
stays yellow, doesn´t it ?
The board's manual doesn´t say anything about the led (nor its color).

Thanks in advance...

I found out that I have a problem with the LAN on board. It's not working with my cable modem. I can't ping anything and it stays with a yellow light. The old rig worked fine with the cable modem(PIII 733).

If I put it on an ordinary LAN it works fine and a green led "flicks" during "data transfer".

Anyone had this kind of problem? Did anyone who had this problem solve it without installing a new 10/100 LAN card? I thought that I could use what I already had bought... 🙁

Dragon owners, what is your experience with the LAN on board?

Thanks in advance

I got some information with Soyo support and I tried change my LAN connection type form "Auto Negotiation" to "10BaseT Half Duplex". It didn't work. The MoBo connector stays yellow and a green led on it flicks. But the cable modem

Should I buy a new LAN card ?

HELP !!! 🙁

I have had the same problem. It was working for me and then just stopped suddenly. It's not software, because it's flashing yellow before windows boots. I had to put in a new card, but would love to be able to fix it if anyone has any suggestions.
